How long will it take to get my order?
Immediately upon purchase, your artwork begins its journey from the artist’s studio to your front door. Most artworks are shipped in 7-10 business days, including those requiring a custom hand-built crate, and will arrive in another 2-5 business days once shipped. As soon as your work ships, you can follow your artwork’s journey via the tracking number that we’ll sent to your email. Please get in touch with us at care@selun.com with any concerns or to expedite an order.
Are all international shipping costs included in the purchase price of my artwork?
Yes, all the standard shipping costs are included in the price listed, and all artworks ship fully insured.
Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties if applicable. Because these charges are uncommon and variable, import taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If your artwork is subject to any additional charges, we will provide support throughout the import process, assisting with all communication of information with customs as needed to ensure a smooth and prompt delivery to your chosen destination.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can change your shipping address before the artwork ships. Our ability to change a destination depends on how far along your order is. Please contact us as soon as you know that you would like to make a change to your shipping destination and we’ll do our best to redirect your order.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We are unable to ship to PO boxes for liability and insurance reasons. Please provide your full daytime delivery address as well as a good contact phone number to ensure smooth delivery.
My package is lost, what can I do?
If your package is lost in transit, please get in touch with us right away at care@selun.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue in collaboration with our shipping partners.
Please note, Selûn is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been declared “Delivered” by the delivery service.
What is your Return Policy?
We are dedicated to providing our collectors with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our site. However, if you wish to return your artwork within 14 days of receipt, please email us at care@selun.com and we will gladly offer store credit for the cost of the artwork. A 10% restocking fee will apply. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the artwork must be returned in its original condition and its original packaging.
*Please note that anything not in its original condition is not eligible for return.
*Additionally, please note that the Fine Art Prints are custom-printed and not eligible for return; if your print has arrived in imperfect condition or with shipping damage, please contact us at care@selun.com for a replacement.

If your works arrive damaged, please document all damage to packaging and artwork and ensure Selûn is notified at care@selun.com within 5 days of delivery.
My artwork arrived damaged, what can I do?
We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
However, if you suspect damage during transit, please do not open the packaging. Instead, photograph the packaging from all angles and notify us within 5 days of receipt.
If the packaging has been opened, please photograph and document all damage to the packaging and the artwork.
Please ensure that Selûn is notified of any damage concerns within 5 days of delivery at care@selun.com.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
If I love an artist’s new work, can I get a piece in a custom size or can I commission a work?
For special sizing and commissions, please reach out at care@selûn.com. We’d be happy to discuss a special size or potential commission for a new original work and coordinate with the artist on your behalf. Selûn will provide the artist with creative guidance and will be sure that you are satisfied with the work produced. We’ll also facilitate any production, payment processing, and shipping requirements.
Can you help me pick my art, or can I get something specific that isn’t on your website?
Yes! We offer complimentary art advising and can help place art in your private residence or commercial project. We often help clients source specific kinds of art.
